Christianah Toluwalase Oluseye is a Nigerian writer and storyteller publishing under the pen names Lashes and wild_imaginatorII. At just 19, she is already building a dynamic and growing body of work across both literary and digital platforms. She made history as the first African writer to be featured in Witcraft Magazine, where her short story, “A TikTok Diagnosis,” won the magazine’s monthly prize. She is the co-founder of the ghostwriting firm Books By Wildie and Oye, established alongside her sister, Florence. She is also a two-time runner-up in the PenActive Short Story Contest (2023 and 2024), where her entries “The Albatross” and “The Mirror’s Lie” each placed third. Her works include The Desperate Things We Do, Apaniyan: Guised as the Gods, The Killer’s Syndrome, and Torn Apart. Under the name Lashes, she writes web novels such as Countertop Confessions, Bound to the Dragon King, The Blood Catalyst, The Mafia’s Angel, and The Perfect Marriage Fraud, exploring high-stakes drama, dark themes, and slow-burn romance for a wide online audience. She also shares essays, reflections, and additional writing on Substack under wild_imaginatorII.
